My Performing Experience
Having recently graduated the RNCM with MMus (Distinction), Chris has studied with Yuri Torchinsky and Steven Wilkie, and works closely with the region’s top orchestras and ensembles, including recent professional work with Sinfonia Viva, Manchester Concert Orchestra, London Concertante and Skipton Camerata. A recent highlight includes giving the UK Premiere of Yuanfan Yang’s “Duo de Charme” at the 60th anniversary of the Wakefield Concert Society, appearing alongside the Orchestra of Opera North.

My Teaching Experience
I have taught ABRSM Grades 1-8 to a wide range of ages and abilities, with previous students regularly achieving merit and distinction, as well as winning prizes in local festivals. Currently I teach at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls and regularly work as a guest tutor at the Junior Department at the Royal Northern College of Music.
